Joint Problems

Before I talk about the joint problems, I want to tackle about what are the joints first.

Joint is the attachment of two bones together. It is also called the articulations. Joints are helpful in our movement and stability. If joints rubbed into each other, in some point it would tear away. That's why our joints are covered with cartilage. It is the component that is tough but softer than the bone. Cartilage serves as the cushion, it decreases the friction from bones rubbing into each other.
